Will Morrell
Founder and President
Will Morrell is a dynamic, energizing international executive leader in Mergers and Acquisitions, Funding, and Operations for the developing of small business and industry. From his beginning as a Project Director in several Fortune 500 organizations, he became National Director Communications for Marriott Vacations Worldwide, United States. His business career includes the capitalization of small business, mergers, acquisitions, and sale of entire projects.

Currently residing in FLorida,
Mr. Morrell is a specialist in direct profit and loss responsibility, turnaround and expansion, for entire supply chains and routing of workflows communication, marketing and sales efforts for 700+ employees. He is both entrepreneurial and corporate-brand experienced, operating multi site network combinations of direct merchant marketing and telecommunication centers with e-commerce, including leveraged outsource centers overseas, while providing stringent foundations for increased industry demand.
From 1998 throughout 2002, Mr. Morrell was a consultant for Motif, acting as VP Business Development to help reorganize a moribund and over cost marketing operation and created a comprehensive telemarketing channel comprised of over 500 employees. He generated over $300MM annually from Marketing Communications Divisions in California, Chicago, Boston, Atlanta, Orlando, and India while working with stakeholders to review and assess a pro-forma process based on Marketing Channel potential which became a standard for deal assessment.

From 1974 through 1979, he was the President of Morrell’s Collector Gallery, Inc. Pinehurst, NC, a retail art gallery where international and regional artists’ works were shown and marketed. He began his career in 1970 through 1973, as a bank auditor for South Carolina National Bank, Columbia, SC, where he managed internal audits of branch locations throughout the SCN network.

· Served as Chairperson and interim Managing Director for leadership team;
· Worked to ensure team alignment with US corporate headquarters enterprise objectives, Peppertree Holdings (now Bluegreen);
· Developed long term growth goals for Sands Resorts;
· Implemented growth of business highlighted by $20M to $100M Annual sales pace growth at its 2008 peak pace;
· Identified locations for development of new hotels by working closely with real estate development team, Seaside Properties. Adapted the Product form, based on customer trends and business conditions to maintain value proposition. Built a culturally diverse team which peaked at 750 Associates nationwide;
· Leads operations currently in Southeast regions of US and previously; operations nationwide;
· Reorganized business to adjust to changing business conditions which reduced cost by 25%, Shell Heritage, Ocean City, Maryland;
· Established a Sales Culture & Process to allow for cultural nuances which improved efficiency by 30%
and achieved consistent improvement in Associate Engagement and Customer Satisfaction scores;
· Developed marketing plans for sales and telecommunication units throughout the United States for four distinct ownership & fractional brands: Ritz Carlton Club, Marriott Grand Residence Club, Marriott Vacation Club and Marriott Telesales.
